Mystery Riddle

My object has liquid in side.
It has corves that go there a maze.
When you look at it pops out like a 3D shape.
There are holes that the liquid goes there the holes.
When it comes out the holes it looks like a 3D bubble.
The colors are hot pink and purple.
When you turn it upside down and the liquid will go to the other holes
What am I ?
